The Law Firm D\u2019Angelo Pernazza & Partners is pleased to announce the opening of registrations for the fourth edition of the Executive Smart Master \u201cThe Compliance Manager\u201d, organized by APCO \u2013 Associazione Professionale Italiana Consulenti di Management, starting on November 14, 2025.<\/p>\n
The training program, recognized by UNITER S.r.l. for the purposes of the Compliance Manager certification according to standard UNI 11883:2022, will take place via live streaming and includes a total of 30 hours of training, divided into 10 core modules, with the option of further in-depth study through optional specialization modules.<\/p>\n
The scientific and educational coordination of the Master\u2019s program is entrusted to Avv. Clara Cairoli, Lawyer, Senior Legal Counsel, Certified Compliance Manager UNI 11883:2022, Coordinator of the APCO Compliance Community of Practice, and Partner at D\u2019Angelo Pernazza & Partners Law Firm.<\/p>\n
The program covers the main topics related to governance, risk management, organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, transparency and anti-corruption, whistleblowing, cybersecurity, sustainability (CSRD, UNI\/PdR 125:2022), and the legal aspects of the AI Act.<\/p>\n
