It examined the distinctive features, advantages, and practical limitations of each instrument within the Italian insolvency framework.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\"><span class=\"s5\">The Congress, inaugurated at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Rio de Janeiro in the presence of the President of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court, Luiz Edson Fachin, and the President of the Association Henri Capitant, Philippe Dupichot, brought together the Association&#8217;s national groups for an in-depth comparative discussion on business and consumer insolvency.
