New publication by Dr Andrea Schioppa in the Rivista di Diritto Societario (Corporate Law Journal)

We are pleased to announce the publication of a new article by Dr Andrea Schioppa entitled:

‘The role of voting rights in sustainable success: from the benefits of long-termism to sunsetclauses. A comparative corporate law analysis’

The article, published in the third issue of 2025 of the Rivista di Diritto Societario, offers an in-depth comparative analysis of voting rights enhancement systems and their impact on governance models geared towards sustainable success.

Particular attention is paid to both the most widespread protection mechanisms and the “alternative” solutions that have emerged in doctrine or been developed in some foreign legalsystems, with the aim of providing a comprehensive overview of the tools designed to promote long-term strategies in listed companies.
