He has gained extensive professional experience in the field of administrative law, assisting public institutions in matters related to , town planning, public contracts and administrative responsibility, as well as in civil and corporate law.
He provides consultancy and assistance to public bodies, public and private companies, national trade associations and private companies.

Elisabetta is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association since 2017. She carries out her professional activity mainly in the field of civil and administrative law.
She is member of the board of directors of the audit company Allrevision s.r.l. for which she deals with projects co-financed with national and European resources.
In recent times she has specialized in copyright matters, assisting artists and music producers.

Professor Maria Rosaria Mauro graduated in Political Science and obtained a PhD in International Law (La Sapienza University of Rome, 1999).
She is currently full professor of International Law at the University of Molise and lecturer at Luiss in Rome. She has been visiting professor at the University of Granada (Spain).
She has worked as an expert for International Trade Law at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and in the General Directorate for Trade Promotion of the Ministry of Productive Activities as the person in charge of economic and trade relations with China.
She has been a consultant to leading companies in the telecommunications sector.
She is the author and editor of numerous volumes and over two hundred publications on international investment protection, international agreements and international trade law.

Enrico Merli
Lawyer Enrico Merli was born in Genoa on October 18, 1950, graduated in Law in Pavia, and has been a member of the Alexandria Bar since 1984 and a member of the Supreme Court since 1998 until March 2022.
He has worked in the legal department of credit institutions and has carried out his professional activity mainly in consulting and litigation in banking and commercial law, environmental issues, assisting leading financial and industrial companies.
He was a member of the National Forensic Council from 2010 to 2019 and coordinator of the Permanent National Observatory in the Exercise of Jurisdiction.

He is currently PhD student at the University of Molise, where he carries out research on matters related to digitalization of company law.

He is Professor of Comparative Private Law and Comparative Legal Systems at the Faculty of Law of the Sapienza University of Rome. He is also a professional Mediator since 2011 and Arbitrator at the Arbitration Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome since 2013.
He is the author of monographs and essays on comparative private law, European and comparative corporate law, international and comparative commercial law, privatization and strategic sectors, class action and collective protection, arbitration and mediation. Member of the Editorial Board of Rivista di Diritto Sportivo, Giappichelli publisher and Member of the Editorial Board (Rome) of Rivista Diritto del Commercio Internazionale, Giuffrè publisher.
Since 2004, he has taught Comparative Private Law, Comparative Legal Systems and International Trade Law in various Italian universities, such as the University of Rome La Sapienza, LUISS Guido Carli, the University of Chieti-Pescara and LUMSA in Rome. Since 2019, he became associate professor, qualified to the functions of full professor, of Comparative Private Law and Comparative Legal Systems at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome, where he currently holds the teachings of Comparative Legal Systems, Comparative Private Law and European Legal Systems. He is currently President of the Three-years Degree Course in Law and Public Administration (L-14), Faculty of Law, Sapienza University of Rome.
