Donato is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association, he is admitted to plead before the supreme courts. He is a founder of the Firm.

He has gained extensive professional experience in the field of administrative law, assisting public institutions in matters related to , town planning, public contracts and administrative responsibility, as well as in civil and corporate law.

He provides consultancy and assistance to public bodies, public and private companies, national trade associations and private companies.

He is Chairman of the Centro Studi Amministrazioni Pubbliche e Società (http://centrostudicesas.it/).

He has been Liquidator Commissioner of the Regional Agency for the Promotion of Tourism in Rome and Lazio S.p.A.; President of the Board of Directors of the Consortium for the University of Pomezia, Campus of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”; member of the Board of Directors of the Carlo Ferri Foundation; member of the Board of Directors of IRFORD – Regional Institute for the Training of Managers of the Lazio Region and Local Authorities; coordinator of the Lawyer’s Office of the Municipality of Pomezia.

Clara is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association since 1995.

She is Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel and Business Crisis Manager for insolvency and over-indebtedness crisis.

For over twenty years she has been working on:
– Integrated Governance Risk & Compliance
– D.lgs. n. 231/2001 and Organizational Models for private companies, institutions and public companies
– Internal Auditing with interventions in assurance for compliance and operational audit
– Private and public contracts.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of APCO (Associazione Professionale Italiana Consulenti di Management), of the Editorial Committee of Harvard Business Review HBR-META and of the Board of Directors of ACORA (Associazione Compliance Officer Responsabili Antiriciclaggio).

She has lectured in training courses for local authorities and companies in public control in house in the field of D.lgs. n. 231/2001 and Organizational Models, prevention of corruption and three-year plans for the prevention of corruption and transparency, as well as in Master for Innovation Manager on the Culture of innovation and protection of industrial property.

In the corporate field she has held managerial roles as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Auditing, also taking on the role of board member in real estate management companies of the Group, with delegated powers in the legal sector.

Elisabetta is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association since 2017. She carries out her professional activity mainly in the field of civil and administrative law.

She is member of the board of directors of the audit company Allrevision s.r.l. for which she deals with projects co-financed with national and European resources.

In recent times she has specialized in copyright matters, assisting artists and music producers.

She graduated in law in 2013 at LUISS Guido Carli University with a score of 110 and honours. 

For several years she has been collaborating with LUISS Guido Carli University as a tutor for Partnership & financial aid.

She carried out her traineeship working at the Ordinary Court of Rome, as well as an additional traineeship attending the Specialization School for Legal Professions at the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal in Rome.

She has an excellent knowledge of English and French and has obtained the Legal English TOLES certification and the DELF diploma.

Antonello is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association, he is admitted to plead before the supreme courts.

He has gained working experience in administrative, constitutional and European Union Law, as well as in international protection of human rights.

He graduated in Law at the University LUISS Guido Carli University and obtained a PhD in Public Law at the University of Perugia.

He is the author of about 100 scientific publications. Antonello is member of ASGI and of Giuristi Democratici, and he collaborates with the Fondazione Lelio e Lisli Basso.

Lawyer Lorenzo Marello has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1991.

He worked until 2017 in the office of Attorney Massimo Frattali Clementi (former President of the Rome Bar Association).

He mainly deals with civil and commercial litigation, property, and arbitration.

Professor Maria Rosaria Mauro graduated in Political Science and obtained a PhD in International Law (La Sapienza University of Rome, 1999).

She is currently full professor of International Law at the University of Molise and lecturer at Luiss in Rome. She has been visiting professor at the University of Granada (Spain).

She has worked as an expert for International Trade Law at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and in the General Directorate for Trade Promotion of the Ministry of Productive Activities as the person in charge of economic and trade relations with China.

She has been a consultant to leading companies in the telecommunications sector.

She is the author and editor of numerous volumes and over two hundred publications on international investment protection, international agreements and international trade law.

Lawyer Enrico Merli was born in Genoa on October 18, 1950, graduated in Law in Pavia, and has been a member of the Alexandria Bar since 1984 and a member of the Supreme Court since 1998 until March 2022.

He has worked in the legal department of credit institutions and has carried out his professional activity mainly in consulting and litigation in banking and commercial law, environmental issues, assisting leading financial and industrial companies.

He was a member of the National Forensic Council from 2010 to 2019 and coordinator of the Permanent National Observatory in the Exercise of Jurisdiction.

Stefano is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association. 

He carries out his professional activity in the field of criminal law, mostly in cases that involve criminal offences of white collars and civil servants.

He also works as a trainer company’s officers as well as consultant drafting compliance models for the prevention of criminal liability in companies “Modello di organizzazione e gestione ai sensi del d.lgs. n. 231/2001”. He is member of supervisory boards of  Italian companies.

Stefano held a PhD in Criminal Law, and he is teacher in academic gym courses and tutor at LUISS Guido Carli University. He combines the legal profession with the interest in scientific research and teaching. Stefano’s articles are published by criminal law reviews and he holds courses in universities and  in specialization schools.

He is fluent in English and has a good command of German and Spanish.

Pier Paolo is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association.

He carries out his activity in the field of civil and company law. He also has expertise in administrative law, especially in public procurement.

He has gained work experience in a trust company in London.

Pier Paolo graduated at University La Sapienza of Rome and he attended the LLM program “Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives” at LUISS Guido Carli University.

He is currently PhD student at the University of Molise, where he carries out research on matters related to digitalization of company law. 

He has been Secretary of the XL Conference of young lawyers, and he is now member of the Research committee of the European Young Bar Association (EYBA).

He collaborates in the project of the website Giurisprudenza delle Imprese.

Pier Paolo is author of publications on company law.

Chiara is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association since 2013.

She carries out litigation as well as non-contentious activity in the field of civil and company law.

Chiara graduated in Law at University La Sapienza of Rome.

Gianluca is a qualified lawyer, member of the Rome Bar Association since 2004, he is admitted to plead before the supreme courts.

He is Professor of Comparative Private Law and Comparative Legal Systems at the Faculty of Law of the Sapienza University of Rome.  He is also a professional Mediator since 2011 and Arbitrator at the Arbitration Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome since 2013.

He is the author of monographs and essays on comparative private law, European and comparative corporate law, international and comparative commercial law, privatization and strategic sectors, class action and collective protection, arbitration and mediation. Member of the Editorial Board of Rivista di Diritto Sportivo, Giappichelli publisher and Member of the Editorial Board (Rome) of Rivista Diritto del Commercio Internazionale, Giuffrè publisher.

Since 2004, he has taught Comparative Private Law, Comparative Legal Systems and International Trade Law in various Italian universities, such as the University of Rome La Sapienza, LUISS Guido Carli, the University of Chieti-Pescara and LUMSA in Rome. Since 2019, he became associate professor, qualified to the functions of full professor, of Comparative Private Law and Comparative Legal Systems at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome, where he currently holds the teachings of Comparative Legal Systems, Comparative Private Law and European Legal Systems. He is currently President of the Three-years Degree Course in Law and Public Administration (L-14), Faculty of Law, Sapienza University of Rome.

In addition, between 2004 and 2008 he has been visiting professor at Université l’Université de Paris IX Dauphine, University of São Paulo (“USP”), University Do estado of Rio de Janeiro (“UERJ”) and Charles IV (Karlova) University of Prague.

Lawyer François Viterbo has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998.

He obtained a PhD in corporate law (Paris I, 1997) and was a Researcher at the Laboratoire de Droit Économique (CPRU-CU, Luxembourg).

He worked until 2009 with leading law firms in France (Lefevre Pelletier et Associés).

He advises and assists in litigation mainly in the areas of companies, commercial contracts, real estate, collective proceedings.

Lecturer for French corporate law at the Master in Business and Company Law in the Luiss, Rome.

Simone is a trainee lawyer.

He carries out his professional activity in the field of civil law, namely insurance law, medical responsibility, private contracts and family law. He has also experience in administrative law: he deals with town planning issues, public and private construction, and environmental law.

Simone graduated at University La Sapienza of Rome.

Morena is a trainee lawyer.

She obtained a LLM in International Legal Affairs, with a thesis in Administrative Law: “The new Project Finance in the Code of Public Contracts for Works, Services and Supplies”.

She works mainly in the field of civil law, with namely insurance law, medical liability, inheritance and family law. She also practice administrative law and public procurement matters.

She is a qualified and professional journalist. Her experience in the field of journalism has led her to delve into the legal issues concerning the protection of copyright and entertainment, publishing and intellectual property.
