Federico Pernazza appointed as Appointed Expert in the UNIDROIT project ‘Collaborative Legal Structures for Agri-Enterprises’

The law firm D’Angelo Pernazza & Partners is pleased to announce that Federico Pernazza has

been appointed as an Expert in the Collaborative Legal Structures for Agri-Enterprises (CLSAE)

project, promoted by UNIDROIT in collaboration with FAO and IFAD. The CLSAE project

aims to develop an international guide on collaborative legal structures applicable to the

agricultural sector, with a particular focus on governance tools, organisational models and

contractual forms suitable for promoting efficiency, sustainability and inclusion throughout the

agri-food supply chains. The appointment of Mr Pernazza confirms the firm’s commitment and

expertise in the field of corporate law, contracts and innovative forms of management and

collaboration in the agricultural sector, as well as its constant involvement in initiatives of

international importance aimed at the development and harmonisation of legal instruments.
