Open Your Board – Intergenerational Governance for SMEs

Attorney Clara Cairoli will take part, as Facilitator of the experiential programme, in Open Your Board, the workshop promoted by Confcommercio Roma and Confcommercio Professioni Roma, dedicated to the theme of intergenerational governance in SMEs.

The initiative was conceived to address increasingly relevant challenges for the business system, including the demographic crisis, the loss of talent, and the growing misalignment between the expectations of younger generations and traditional organisational models. In this context, Open Your Board positions itself as an innovative and structured intervention aimed at supporting companies in renewing their leadership, fostering integration between experience and new skills without dispersing the value built over time.

During the three-hour workshop, entrepreneurs, managers and professionals will be engaged in an experiential pathway enabling them to explore, in practical terms, the dynamics of intergenerational dialogue and to develop future scenarios through advanced methodologies such as Futures Studies and Speculative Design.

The event will take place on 22 April 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at the Confcommercio Roma headquarters (Sala Salemi), and participation is free of charge.
