Executive Smart Master in Compliance Management – 5th Edition

Enrolment is now open for the 5th edition of the Executive Smart Master in “Compliance Management – Managerial skills for managing compliance within organisations”, scheduled to commence on 15 May 2026.

The course, organised by APCO – Italian Professional Association of Management Consultants, is recognised by Uniter S.r.l. for the purposes of certification of the professional profile of the Compliance Manager in accordance with UNI 11883:2022, ensuring the scientific and methodological quality of the programme.

Accreditation by the CNF for 20 credits is currently underway, as in previous editions.

Scientific and academic coordination is entrusted to Attorney Clara Cairoli, Partner of the Firm, who will also serve as a lecturer in the following modules:

“Integrated Compliance as a mindset revolution between ethics, law and conformity.”
“Integrated Compliance and Business Integrity. A holistic approach.”

The training programme is designed to develop advanced competencies in compliance management, adopting a managerial approach focused on strategic and organisational aspects. The Master specifically centres on the role of the Compliance Manager, a professional characterised by a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, operating at a political-strategic level within organisations.

In this context, the Compliance Manager plays a key role in the design, adoption and implementation of compliance management systems, interfacing with governing bodies, senior management and stakeholders across the value chain.

Training activities will be delivered via live streaming, with on-demand access available for participants unable to attend live sessions.
