In the volume “Food and Law. A Comparative Perspective,” published by RomaTrE-Press, there is a contribution by our professionals lawyer Prof. Federico Pernazza and Dr. Pier Paolo Picarelli, entitled “Traceability of agri-food products: purposes, techniques and regulatory models.”
The essay offers a survey of food traceability regulations in the EU, US, China and Canada. The paper stems from participation in AIDC 2019 (Italian Association of Comparative Law) conference dedicated to Food Law issues.
